Basic Rates

  • $80 for the first hour (1 hour minimum)
  • $50 for consequent hours (after 1 hr). Partial hour up to 29 minutes is charged by the minute while 30 minutes or more is considered a full hour.
  • Problems which we are able to handle but are not able to repair onsite or during the initial housecall visit be charged a low flat rate.*
  • If we are not able to fix the problem, the housecall is FREE**

* In the event where a technician has a solution to the problem but is not able to perform the work onsite during the initial housecall the customer will be given an option of the technician returning for a follow up call or taking the computer to our shop for repairs. In this situation the customer will be given a flat rate fee quote to complete the repair. The customer is still responsible for the repair fees incurred during the initial house call. Should a customer decline this option the hourly fee will be calculated and charged for the house call.
** In the event that our technician is not able to determine what the problem is during the visit there will be no fees associated with the house call. This provision does not include the instances where the technician knows what the problem is but cannot repair it onsite during the initial visit and requires a follow up visit or that the pc be taken to the WebzilaPC shop.
